Are your items genuine Nissan parts?

YES! Unless stated otherwise clearly all our items are Genuine Nissan Parts. We like to supply genuine Nissan Parts as we can rely on their quality and suitability for the task and know they will fit. We make a few minor exceptions on items where the genuine parts may not be available or genuine pricing is unreasonable. In these cases we will clearly state if the part is not a genuine Nissan part.

What parts can I order from NIZZBITS?

We can supply almost any Nissan part. We will supply anything from the smallest clip all the way up to engines, gearboxes and even larger items. Please CONTACT US with your requirements, vehicles details and your location and we will quote pricing, availability and shipping to your door with no obligation. We have over 40 years experience in Nissan parts and can often supply parts your local dealer may say are not available or not sold separately. Our experience brings a lot of Nissan knowledge that you may not find elsewhere.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours and most parts in stock will be shipped the same day for orders received before noon. We give priority to orders placed with express shipping. If there is any delay in shipping we will always contact you via E-mail and advise of any delays. If you wish to cancel an order due to a delay just let us know a.s.a.p.

Where are your parts sourced?

Our parts are supplied either through the Nissan dealer network in Australia or in some cases directly from Japan.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped we will E-mail you with tracking details. Normally our shipping companies (Australia Post/SENDLE etc.) will also send tracking notifications along your orders journey.

Can I use a coupon?

Yes we may from time to time offer discount or similar coupons as promotions or on some items. Please enter your coupon code at checkout. Please note only one coupon can be used per order.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order or parts?

Please CONTACT US right away and tell us the problem. We will do our very best every time to resolve any issues to our customers satisfaction. Happy customers are our priority.

What do I do if I want a part that is currently out of stock?

Please CONTACT us and we will advise likely lead time or we can advise you when new stock arrives. Sometimes we can find an alternative source or offer another solution.

How can I pay?

We accept credit cards securely via STRIPE, bank deposit or PayPal.

What if I see a set of parts but only want 1 part or less than the complete set?

Please CONTACT US with your requirements and we are happy to supply whatever you require. Remember we will supply ANYTHING you require.
