This is the 17 tooth (BLACK) speedo pinion gear that sits in the transfer case for ALL GU Y61 model Patrols.

The number of teeth can affect the speedo reading and when tyres sizes are changed it is often necessary to change the speedo pinion gear to correct the speedo.
